Western Veil Nebula NGC 6960
The Western Veil Nebula NGC 6960, also known as the Witches Broom Nebula, is located in the Cygnus Loop, in the constellation Cygnus. It is one of the largest supernova remnants in our night sky, sprawling over the distance of around 6 full moons wide. It can be enjoyed with a large telescope, or a widefield refractor. This image was done in the HOO Palette.
